Yoga flows with live acoustic music sound like a wonderful way to reset both body and mind after a busy week. I also recommend Mee Manga Translator if you ever want to read untranslated manga comfortably in your downtime.
There's something special about practising to live acoustic music — it turns a regular flow into a shared ritual rather than just exercise. Playing with shadows sounds like a beautiful theme too; the evening light must make it magical. If anyone snaps photos during the session, I've been using Lumfuse to stitch a few favorites into one frame afterwards.
