I'LL BE BRAVE

there were three simple words written on a sheet of paper that I burnt in a ritual in a creek before it went down an icy river in the beginning of this year.

they said  I'll be brave.

so here I am... starting my first yoga class as a teacher today and out of sheer excitement feeling like an absolute yoga rookie that is eager to learn, to teach and to grow.

anyone who is interested in a teacher training in Vienna I can warmly recommend yogawege. many things that I have always felt but couldn't put into words got a name during the past year.
