CLUB DER TÖCHTER GOES FITNESS

balance, flexibility, core and power training. over the last three weeks the girls of nike's club der töchter worked out at bigsmile place. they streched, bent, ran, jumped and exercised with support of pros like fabienne nadarajah or andrea mayr. let's hear it also for the peppy trainers! ambassadors elisabeth, nastasja and johanna complete our babble over sport in daily life, club der töchter and describe their favourite practice.

your favourite practice . . . 
it's a tension exercise. you lay down sidewise at the floor in a streching position. then you lift the pelvis so that the only bodyparts touching the ground are one foot and your ellbow. you tense your belly and bottom and hold the position for the next thirty seconds. afterwards you change the side and do it the other way around. if you're very ambitous you can move your pelvis up and down in the air, while you're in that position :)

we'll try out that one and are looking forward to the club der töchter parteey.
